What’s the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps your home maintained: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Deep cleaning goes further, with baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts, grout and the spots that build up over time. Many clients start with a deep clean and then switch to regular visits.
How do you calculate my estimate?
We base it on the size of your home (bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage), the type of service and how often you’d like us to come. Estimates are free and come with no obligation.

Yes. Excellence Cleaning Services holds a business license in Belmont, CA.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Belmont and serve the Peninsula and South Bay, including San Mateo, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San José and nearby cities.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients give us access instructions and come home to a finished job. If you’d rather be there, that works too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything we need. We use pet and family friendly products by default, and if you prefer specific products in your home, just let us know ahead of time.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back to touch up anything that was missed, at no charge.
Do you speak Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, so you can talk to us in the language you’re most comfortable with.
